Come and see, where traditional brewery is mixed with modern technology!
At our tour of the brewery “Schimpf” on 28th of January 2017 we will be guided by a well experienced master brewer trough the areas and cellars of the brewery and feel the atmosphere of a traditional brewery.
On our way we can touch and taste all the raw materials.
Furthermore we will certainly taste a Zwickelbeer (directly from the cellars) and after the tour we will have one free drink of our choice to directly “test” the art of brewery! 😉
The guided tour will take 2 hours.
After it, as a cozy completion, you may join us in the nearby Brewery-Tavern (not included in the fee!).
Here we will have an “Open-End” around 12.00: You may have another beer and lunch with us in the tavern or, if you already like to, head back to Tübingen.
Meetingpoint for departure is 09:15 a.m. at mainstation Tübingen in the waitinghall.
The ones without a Semesterticket should be extra early so they can gather for a Groupticket.
The whole trip will cost 7,50 €, in addition to the guided tour this also covers a Zwickelbeer-tasting and one free drink !!

Summary:
Meetingpoint: Waiting hall at main train station at 09:15 a.m. (bring your semester ticket!)
End of guided tour: ca. 12:00 a.m.
Afterwards: Open-End in the Brewery-Tavern + self-timed return to Tübingen (20 – 50 min)
Payment for the brewery tour:
You can pay the fee for the trip on the following dates:
Mondays from 2-4pm in our office hour at room 116, Wilhelmstraße 9.
Please make sure to pay on one of the dates or send someone else to pay for you. The waiting list will be openend on Janaury 16th.
