We are taking you to the “Swabian Sea”, the lake in the South of Germany, which is also close to the Austrian and to Switzerland’s borders. The Lake of Constance is the biggest and one of the most beautiful inland waters in Western Europe.
We will have three days of fun in, on and around the water. We will sail in nostalgic sailing boats across the lake together with our skippers, get the pirate spirit and fight some water battles.
Besides sailing there are lots of other things to do, such as swimming, laying at the beach, playing football, volleyball, go canoeing and explore the City of Constance. There is also the possibility to go sailing by night, watch the sunset and enjoy the silence and the nature. In the evening we will bake Pizza, have BBQ and sit at the bonfire.
We will have the pleasure to cook for ourselves, this is why we need your help in the kitchen – so you can proof your cooking skills =). For all the football fans, there will be the opportunity to watch the Eurocup matches on TV.
Program:
We will meet on the 1st of July at 5:30 am in the waiting hall of the main train station. From there we will go by bus and train (do not forget your NALDO ticket) to the Lake of Constance. Then we will move in into our camp and head to the lake.
On Saturday will be various activities to choose from, so surely there will be something you enjoy. The evening we will spent at the fire or on the boat, we will just go with the flow.
Before we head back to Tübingen on Sunday, we will enjoy some more time with the boats on the lake and maybe land at a nice little town. At Sunday night we will be back in Tübingen either at 7:00 or 9:00 am at the train station.
Price:
130€ (+ 8,30 Euro for travels, in case you do not have a Naldo ticket, on Sunday you can go back with your Student ID)
Packing list:
There are some things which should not be missing in your bag: Sleeping bag, things for swimming, sunhat, and sunscreen. For everything else you will receive an information letter.

In case you are on the waiting list, you can pay from the 14.6 on.
