Have you ever wondered how Swabians make their famous “Brezel”? We are going to have a look behind the scenes! Come with us to the Swabian bakery Gehr and learn how to make real Swabian “Brezeln”. We are going to meet at the Haagtorplatz in front of the cinema Atelier on the 28/10/2016 at 4.30 pm. From there we will walk to the bakery. Mr. Gehr will show us the art of brezel-making. In the end we can eat our results. This excursion is free. The master baker Mr. Gehr (the owner of the bakery) would be happy about a small donation for “school counselling” in Tübingen. Even though this excursion is free, it is important to sign up for this in advance plus you have to stop by at our office Monday, 24/10/16 from 2-4pm to confirm your registration!
