Wurmlingen is a village close to Hirschau. It is visable from far away due to its chapel on top of a hill. If you have been to the lake Hirschau you have probably seen it already. From the chapel you have an amazing view over the whole Nackar-valley. If you are lucky you can also see Burg Hohenzollern.

We will start the hike on Friday 24th of June at 11:00 in Tübingen. It will take us about 2h to get to the chapel. As soon as we reach the chapel you can enjoy the view and also have a barbecue. We will provide a special german bread (Stockbrot) and you can bring a sausage if you want. After that we will walk back home but you can also take the bus.

The summer is beginning to let Tübingen shine bright like a diamond and it is time to experience the nature’s beauty of the area around here.  That is why we are going to experience three amazing days in the gorgeous Danube-Valley (Donautal), from Friday (1st of July 2022) to Sunday (03rd of July 2022). The Danube-Valley is an unique wildlife park and one of only seven in Baden-Württemberg. It is very impressive due to its untouched nature and magnificent landscape.

We have arranged an exciting and interesting program for you: On Friday we will do a hiking trip and we will have dinner and a bonfire in the evening. On Saturday we will visit the old city of Sigmaringen and the a historical village. As the highlight of this weekend we will spend Sunday canoeing on the Danube river. This way we can experience the terrific sights of the Danube-Valley in an unique way. A lot of fun and action guaranteed – the brave ones of you might even go for a swim 🙂

The whole 3 days will cost you only 33€ – breakfast, lunch and dinner included. However, you need to bring drinks and snacks for Friday during the hiking trip. You can pay during our office hour. 🙂 There, you will also get the newsletter with more information.

Beverages can be purchased at the accommodation.

Also you should bring your Naldo-Semesterticket with you. If you don’t have it please buy the 9€-ticket.

It is only May but already hot like in summer. Therfore, we are planning to walk to the lake in Hirschau to cool down. We will start at 11:00 and will approximately walk one hour. At the late we will have a little barbecue, so bring a sausage or cheese for the barbecue. Dont forget your water a towel and sun-cream. To go home we can also take the bus.

We will tsrat eraly in order to be at the lake when its noon and the hottest.

Heidelberg is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany in definitely worth a visit – therefore, we will travel to the former residential City of Heidelberg by bus! We will get a guided tour through the baroque historic City (tours in English and German available). After that, you will have time to explore the city on your own and visit places such as the “Thingstätte”, Heidelberg Castle or the olde Castle or the oldest university in Germany. We will return to Tübingen at around 10 pm.

Visit with us one of the nicest castles in the region!

The famous castle of Hohenzollern is located on the Swabian Alb near Hechingen. We will go there by train and bus and then explore the castle compound with a guided tour. We will return to Tübingen at about 6.00 p.m.

You always wanted to experience the beautiful town of Tübingen from a very different perspective? Then now has come your chance to do so. You can join us on our fascinating punt-tour on the calm river Neckar. We will go on our adventurous expedition with two elegant punts, so don’t miss the opportunity to share the Venice-feeling of Tübingen with us.

This very special event will take place on the 28th of April and on the 29th of April to give as many of you the chance to come. On the 28th we will meet at 11:15am and on the 29th we will meet at 4:15pm (please dont be late). The trip will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. We will send you the meeting point one day prior via Mail.

Participiation-fee is max. 10 Euro (however we try to get a cheaper price). Please bring the cash on the day of the event.

With the Sommersemester 2022 starting soon, our team at StudIT has decided to host a full week of fun activities so that you can start the semester off right. Right at the beginning of our Introduction Week (19.04-23.04) we have our Pub Crawl on Thursday the 21/04/22 at 18.00pm CET.

Every story worth telling starts with you, our Hero, who must follow the map and face many trials and perils along their way! Will your epic quest begin in the Forest of Beerington or the scorching dessert of Havana Hills?? Are you brave enough to slay the dragon and rescue your prince or princess in Campastle?? If you believe you can face the challenge, that so many before you have failed, then sign up below!Participating in the Pub Crawl will be totally FREE, but you will need to pay for your own drinks in every one of the bars. Winter is coming fast and in no time Tübingen will be covered in white. Therfore, you need to be prepared for the upcoming cold weather. Maybe you still need a warm jumper, shoes or even a jacket?

If you need new clothes and at the same time you want to save money, the OutletCity Metzingen is perfect. Many brands like only, Adidas, Nike or even Hugo Boss, sell their clothes on sale and there are even black weeks while we are there. Hey guys!

Only because the government forbade the yearly Oktoberfest it doesn’t mean that we have to miss it. Therfore, on Thursday, the 28st of october 2021 we will meet up in Jäger to celebrate. If you can, try to wear a Dirndl or Lederhosen! Otherwise something with squares would be nice.

We will meet at 7pm at the Stiftskirche in Tübingen. You can join us in Jäger anytime during the evening.

We are also following the so called 3G rule in Germany (Geimpft, Getestet or Genesen) so please provide proof of a negative Covid-19 Test (less than 24h old), OR proof of vaccination (digitally or printed out) OR proof of already having had the virus (digitally or printed out) at the meeting point of this event.
